Caught these guys play live last night at Stealth in Nottingham with Aimee. They played a great set, churning out tunes from their new album 'astro coast'. The band hail from Florida and have been pigeon holed into the 'surfer rock' movement thats made a revival of late, despite the fact that none of them actually surf. Check out their music on their myspace and buy the album, it's a belter (despite the fact i'm playing it off youtube due to tight money issues)! These guys will undoubtedly be the summer soundtrack for many people this year, me included.
